Shipping and Delivery

Once you have placed your order online or telephonically an invoice will be emailed to you, which will include delivery cost and our banking details. We require full payment via EFT, before products will be sent out. 

Delivery cost varies per delivery, depending on the size & weight of your parcel ordered; Original Brands will try in all cases to keep the packaging size to a minimum. Delivery charges will clearly be advised on your invoice. Original Brands deliver nationwide and allows for order collections from three (3) hubs, one based on the East Rand (Boksburg), one in the North (Rivonia) & the other in the South (Linmeyer). Collection hours need to be arranged, so please call or e-mail prior to arrival.

If ordered stock is not available, customers may cancel the order or replace it with other products.

Delivery of products may take up to 10 workings days from date of payment. Delivery time is based on the estimated arrival time of the product(s) in your cart. In the case of multiple products within one order, your purchases may come from different vendors (and locations) so expect longer delivery times. Your goods will be held in our warehouse until such time as all goods within your order have arrived & been boxed. Only then will your order be dispatched for delivery. Order delivery time is based on the product with the longest estimated delivery time.

If payment is not received within 2 days from the invoice date we reserve the right to allocate products to other orders.

Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 5 days from date of delivery. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.

It is of utmost importance to leave a day time contact number for us to contact you during delivery hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm).

All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyer-bags, with no indication as to the contents, making your order as discreet as possible.

Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund in writing to refund@originalbrands.co.za. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee.

If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Original Brands – you/the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
