How returns and cancellations works…
Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 5 days from date of delivery. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.
Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee.
